How likely is insolvency?

TD analysts say XBC is on an unsustainable path. I've seen some people post they think insolvency is likely: what does everyone think? Can management turn this around?

It's very likely imho, it might take another 2 yrs but I suspect probably sooner. this company is simply too small for all it's moving parts and can't make money, or not much money on it's projects so far, it has 20 subsiduaries, it needs to make things much simpler to survive imho. personally I wouldn't pay .05 for xbc, insiders seem to think so too as they haven't bought ...more

Doesn't it seem odd to you that the same analyst who says Xebec is "on an unsustainable path" at the same time proffers a target that suggests the company is worth $220 million today? His target is 50% higher than the stock price.

Yes they can turn it around sometimes you just need to use Occam's razor.
