The PYR board has gone pretty quiet since my posts

Since my posts his afternoon.
Here they are:

Before you call me ignorant

Have you even looked at this company's financials?

Apparently not.

The company just reported cash and near cash of $1.29 million vs $12.20 million at year-end.

The company owns 15.9 millioin shares of HPQ and 25.4 million warrants, which it carrys on the books as non-current assets.

The shares were valued at $0.32 when the financials were completed.

What are they now?

They call them "Strategic Investments".

Do you have any idea how much Pyr is down in its so-called  "strategic investments."?

I certainly do and it's not pretty, and PYR couldn't sell them if they wanted to.

Ha! You calling me ignorant reminds me of when Nelson Bunker Hunt sued the trustees of his father's estate for financial mismanagement in 1989.

At the time, Hunt had just lost the biggest inheritance in US history trying to corner the world's

And then..

Dig a little deeper Aarman

Take a look at note # 2 to the financials

"These consolidated financial statements include the accounts of the Company and its subsidiaries, Drosrite International LLC and Pyro Green-Gas Inc. and its subsidiaries. Drosrite International LLC is owned by a member of the Company’s key management personnel and close member of the Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and controlling shareholder’s family and is deemed to be controlled by the Company."

Alex Pascali is the CEO of Drosite

Drosite owes Pyrogenesis $17.5 million.

And just to answer my own question for you, changes in the fair market value of strategic investment in the 3 months ended June 30th: ($7,477,864)

You can call me ignorant all you like Aarman, it's water off a ducks back.

Good luck to you."

If it wasn't for the cause de depot investment this company would be trading less than cmc ,do not compare companies that get handouts to companies that go it alone.the mega million investment from Quebec is the reason you still have a board to post on.don't ever forget that big guy.
