Can shareholders sue executives?

Even if the company is worth nothing to shareholders at the end of CCAA there might be a case against executives making false and misleading statements during an investor conference call.

Did executives have insurance?

Forbearance is a very big deal.  Did the executive make it seem like it wasn't?  From this board it seemed like a lot of investors were led to believe that.

I'm pretty sure you will see a post shortly by a law firm specializing in these types of cases, launching a class action lawsuit and asking shareholders to join in. In fact this happened when Prahbu lefted, in fact does anyone know if that was ever resolved. Tx Peace

How solid do you think the case is?  Nothing I read led me to believe that management would just declare bankruptcy.  Why not issue equity at the market?  Makes no sense.
