National Bank had options.

This was the choice of National Bank.  Instead of working with managment, they pushed to the detriment of all parties, including common shareholders.

I will be pulling my accounts from National Bank!

No mercy for them!

It's your choice if you feel like that. But you do realize that bankers are risk managers of the capital the've been entrusted with which includes your savings. Just saying. Peace

I agree. Banks aren't going to add insult to injury after making a bad loan. Their goal is to ultimately recoup as much as is owed to them as they can without letting emotion play a role in their decisions going forward, so if they have faith in the company and management, they'll cut them some slack by changing loan provisions or offering other breaks. I agree with you about banks but for Xebec there might be a better possibility to get out of it without too much damage: Maybe the Quebec government with the "Caisse de depot et placement" or maybe the "FONDS de solidarit" could save them..... The present government, if it's re-elected next Monday, must restore its image in environment. It would make a nice headline ...more

You just answered your question. And for the record the Caisse just lost over 1.5B!!! In Celcius scam and Azure Global Solar oh ps your friend TT in one his previous posts (a few months ago) and I quote NEVER would the Fonds FTQ not participate in additional financing for Xebec under NO CONDITIONS !!!! That would ever happened. PEACE
