Nor am I.  I trying not to cry with over 100,000 shares at avg cost of $2.    Sick to my stomach.  This has destroyed me if we do not get to keep shares and sell in future.   Criminal charges should be laid against all management and BoD.   Messages and emails into Deoitte but no answers or responses.  I can't believe this has transpired.

You're absolute 100% correct. I agree with you and feel the same way both figuratively and literally. This has been a complete dereliction of management's obligations to put the interests of shareholders first and foremost, and a blatant abrogation of fiduciary responsibility. I only wish I could have a day in court with them. I have everything I need. They wouldn't stand chance.

Hey TT. Or shall I call you Mr Savant. Remember when you said that you were considered some sort of genius??  Sure you do. And I believe xbc is not the first stock u pumped and went bankrupt. What is going on inside that grey matter. I'd love to have a one on one with u.

So what's stopping you? Oh yeah, you weren't a shareholder, were you....? Only a pumper for some reason......
Comment by therealmccoy on Oct 03, 2022 8:17pm
but it is time for you tamaracktop/TT/the Titanic/double titanium/the "due didiot" to take an EXTENDED break from your daily posts of dribble and pap..... you've lost all credibility,,, and have sunk to a new low (just like Xebec).....

Then this must be no time to discuss XBC since they are a bigger joke than anything anyone's posted since their shares were halted. I thought a number of publicly-traded small cap Canadian tech stocks with too much debt would seek protection once interest rates and inflation started to rise very quickly since early 2022. So far, XBC is the only one I know of that has actually done it.
