Xebec Europe b.v. / HyGear excluded from CCAA/Chapter 15 ?

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light or had any news as to whether or not the European businesses were excluded from the CCAA/Chapter 15 filings.

My guess since the deal was completed with cash and shares that it falls under the corporate entity called Xebec. But like the US ops which filed CCAA in Delaware they may have to do the same in Holland and Germany. My guess is Marinus Hygear is probably trying to put together an investment group to buy back is co. 2) some form of short term financing is going to be required to maintain manufacturing and meet backlog otherwise they may redirect those orders to another supplier??? GRN ?? Ps in not an engineer. Peace
