HE OWES SHAREHOLDERS MONEY. Arnsby. As far back as 2014, Simon David Arnsby held 8 million shares when it was 7 cents through a holdco registered in Bahamas. Second largest shareholder behind Kurt. Back then that was more than 10%. Small float back then. Kept buying through 2017. Share float has grown, while Arnsby has divested. Hence no longer files insider transaction reports.

So is Arnsby still a major shareholder and lost a bunch of money due to this bankruptcy?
