Yup, this is the most significant post in all I've seen on this site.  For all the money that will be spent working through bankruptcy this company could have stayed in operation.  It's a scam.  Management, directors, Deloitte ... they will all profit from this, but they are a bunch of crooks.

they never have,lol, kurt thought they were making money for a fair while when they were'nt, and this mgmt didn't do any better although they probably had their hands full the whole time trying to figure out just how big a mess they had to deal with.
