It's not possible
It's just not possible that the company provided full and complete disclosure, and was as transparent as required by law, when the collective opinions of market participants, both smart and not-so-smart, determined that the company was worth $79 million if in fact it was in fact worthless.
It's literally incongruous and impossible.
The shareholders here have suffered tremendously, and if there is justice, someone should be held accountable.
Very likely several people.
The ones who were ultimately responsible.
I know I'm not one of them.
Neither are you.

I would have expected no less from you. You overlooked my point entirely. I was as swindled as the analysts and everyone else. That was exactly my point. Period. "Lord knows I need something to do"? Who the hell do you think you are? I'm tired of your self-righteous, sanctimonious Monday-morning recriminations. Bye.

I did read that. You're absolutely right about my derision of analysts. It has always been directed at their targets, it was never directed at their ability to predict a possible situation where a company's very survival was a concern. I don't recall any analyst suggesting this was an immediate issue of concern.

The person who needs to be held accountable is that train wreck that you worshipped as a messiah, Kurt Sorschack. Tamaracktop, I want you to start call these people out by name.

Everyone keeps saying that the board and management should be held accountable but what does it actually take to collectively be able to legally sue the company?
