A mockery of Canadian regulatory authorities

How is it possible that no one is being held accountable for an obviously flagrant case of violating rules re transparency, if not outright misrepresentation?

When trading was halted, Xebec's market cap was $12 million more than Greenlane's is today.

I know whining doesn't help anyone here, and I fully admit that I was wrong and certainly didn't see this coming at all, but this is a nightmare that shouldn't have been allowed to happen.

Not sure market cap really has anything to do with anything here? You could have a $500 million market cap with $500 million in debt . The question is more about company value to a private purchaser than how much the market thinks the company is worth .
