I need this tax loss settled.

You could already settle tax losses for 2023 with suspended, halted and delisted XBC security.  XEBEQ will also need to be removed from registered accounts as it is not eligible. I believe eTrade already requested the same from clients. Prabhu Rao/Ivys will certainly privatize the acquired entities.
