The sell-off continues
Guess who's behind Ivys? Prabhu. Who is obviously doing what many shareholders thought XBC management would be doing, ie. running with a great opportunity to the benefit of all. What a pity.

wow what a difference in leadership... CEO of Ivys Energy Solutions, says “I have known Prabhu for 25 years of my career and am convinced of his ability to propel our company and mission toward impactful growth, with a principled, fair and people-first approach.” If ever goes public would be a great team to invest money in.

I don't know what the CEO of IVYS sees in Prahbu. Prahbu is responsible for destroying Xebec and making it go bankrupt.

I guess he sees the same thing as Xebec employees see: dollar signs.

How many members constituted the Xebec Board? Were they YES men? Each member of the Board has a vote, quorum is required and decision taken by the majority.

Failure all the way down from the top . COO failed with contracts that were poorly estimated and written , and was dismissed. CEO vision may have been valid but execution failed. Board failed to handle the problems witht the strategy and execution. Management is not one singular person.
