I view it as absolutely blatantly criminal.

You're back from the PYR Bullboard. Simple the plug was pulled on September 29, 2023 filing creditor protection one month after Xebec indicated all was well. Under CCAA, shareholders are not stakeholders, equity claims are last on the list and only collect once creditors are made whole.
