Why it's only for the period from November 10, 2019, to March 24, 2021? Nothing for the period from March 25, 2021 to September 29, 2022?

Because the company disclosed their past accounting issues and booked some big adjustments. The stock dive for that. sO If a shareholder bought after that, he was aware of the issues that the company had so cannot claim a loss.
