Hi everyone,I hope you're doing well. I wanted to check if anyone in our group has submitted a claim for the Xebec Securities settlement. The deadline is April 30, 2024. Do you think it’s worth pursuing, or is it a lost cause? Also, does anyone know if there’s a cost involved in submitting the claim?

A $5 million settlement was approved, I believe 30% legal fees. Shareholders receive award based on equity holdings pro-rata. Of course they must meet class member criteria. File a claim at the law firm website prior to the April 30, 2024 deadline. Filing a claim costs you zero. https://xebecsecuritiessettlement.com/
