Class Action Settlement Update

FYI. Seems like they are making progress : a friend of mine was told they didn't qualify for the $25 minimum threshold to receive a payment.

I received an email that my claim has been approved and that they are awaitint the conclusion of the 21-day appeal period for claimants whose claims were rejected.  They expext to have have more info about payments Mid-October
