Adding six positions into xhb-n @ $31.25 or better for a signed sales turn up with lower mtge rates ahead for delayed spring closings.

Filled six (6) and added (4) four more @ $31.27 to hold ten (10) at $31.26 ACB or better.

Added five (5) positions into XHB-N at $29.49 ACB to hold fifteen (15) positions into a surprise new sale or two for the Homebuilders.

Exiting those five (5) positions bought on July 1st in XHB-N at @ $31.81 (+8%) to cut this position by 1/3 on Homebuilders "Revised" Confidence.
