Financing is close, so lets see if we can move back up again. Maybe they are considering  purchasing another company again?

I asked YM's ir (via email) to justify their $1.20 price with half a warrant....their silence speaks volumes! It smacks of a gift giving as our price prior to the PP was nowhere near this price. Also, financials show they're well cashed up so an explanation as to why they need this cash is in order. Seems like a smart company but they just punished their loyal shareholders substantially

I asked investor relations this same question by email.  I did hear back; they said that obtaining financing in biotech industries can be difficult so the company took advantage of the current opportunity.  To me this sounds like a long road ahead before we hear any positive news that generates substantial revenues.

The recent financing sure cut the wings from this bird!The steady drop in daily trading volumes since then suggests it may be a long while before any decent uptick on news comes again?
