INTERTAINMENT and YAPPN HAVE NO MONEY

How can Yappn or Intertainment even develop something professional and with quality finish if they have no money?  
Ortsbo, intertainment and yappn websites require high expenses to maintain and run... 
They have no money to hire any professionals to develop any fotoyapp.
