Daymond John would never associate himself with a company that makes questionable claims such as the disappearing 1.1 million users yappn claimed to have.  
 I doubt he wants his reputation ruined as a business man. He will look like a fool among his peers. 
Daymond John will find out that Ortsbo language translations are from Google.
He will find out about the 212 million ortsbo user that suddenly disappeared too.

And Fotoyapp functionality is already available in Facebook. ----- upload your photo to facebook and put a comment. The comment can be translated by Bing into any language.
