FOTOYAPP IS PHOTOS WITH TRANSLATED DESCRIPTIONS

Who cares. Facebook already does that. Nothing innovative or technologically advanced about fotoyapp.

Facebook already does what fotoyapp does:
On facebook upload your photo to facebook.
Write your description in your language.
Share your photo or video with over 1 billion people, if you want.
Your description can be translated using Microsoft Bing if someone else sees your photo and their language is different.

Sidenote: fotoyapp uses Ortsbo which in turns uses google translation and it was described in the patent in which intertainment failed to obtain.

Sidenote2: Intertainment and yappn had virtually no money to develop fotoyapp so look into the terms they got this developed very closely. They don't have money for an infrastructure to handle many users either... so beware of user number stories.
