THE REAL TRADING FLOAT

Is miniscule.
Sure the count is way larger fully diluted but a lot of stock hasnt even seen cert form yet much less freetrading status.
The last 10:1 really tightened up the float.
IF Yappn were to start putting out news backed by real numerics, this stock could really see a big pop.
But as we all know: IF is the middle word in life.
The 8 month old Yappn CEO is a no nonsense type of guy.
He doesnt believe in fluff just substance.

Well it's 64 million shares now not diluted. There are 50 million shares plus the new 14 million from conversions and warrants. Some of the dilution is too far out of the money to consider that it will ever be in. The 1 cents warrants are in for awhile. The price will be under 3 cents as soon as the first large holder starts pulling the trigger. What is your average price on your "in ...more

Most investors dont even have certificates--fact. Berry doesnt even have his certs--fact. US securities have complicated restrictions--fact. Like i said the FACTual trading float is small. Now be a good minimum wage boy and get lost for the weekend. I dont wanna see you on this board until Monday.

Before you embarrasse yourself anymore looking like an idiot more maybe learn how it works.  You should stick to your Walmart greeting job.  It's not that complicated. They have certificates but they are not registered shares.  The legend gets stamped to prevent them from trading. There is a 3 month hold on newly issued shares.
