INCORRECT. All shareholders as of the record date of the rights announcement WILL get shares. As an example, 100,000 shares held at record date give you the right to buy 25,000 shares at 0.05.

yes you are correct TCI did the same thing its for all holders as of record date I assume the compnay will set a date soon.
