My guess is someone is setting up a wall to discourage people from thinking it will go back $0.07. They then have a bid set up to pick up your shares for cheap. Once the AGLC lifts the suspension this stock is going to shoot up.

History repeats same old game with every stock. Why load up in the highs when they can load up now ... that wall is setup to grab your shares period.
