670 M shares outstanding, plus 130 M Performance Warrants. Maybe it depends more on the progress the company is making.

HUGE has 1.4Billion shares outstanding, didn't stop it's run to .88... Not comparing companies, just shares outstanding.

Most of these mj stocks are highly diluted. It's a fresh industry still proving itself and these companies raise capital by issuing shares. Need money to make money, that's how they stay afloat till everything falls into place and the money starts flowing in. Eventually stock splits will be done to lessen the dilution in the future.
