Legal battle with PT Krakatau Steel

Yanzhou Coal's 100% owned subsidiary Felix Resources is locked in a legal battle in Adelaide, South Australia in the Supreme Court. PT Krakatau Steel, a 100% owned company of the Indonesian Government is claiming very substantial sums over the 2003 cancellation of Felix Resources 90% owned subsidiary  S.A.S.Es Pig Iron plant in South Australia.
