Pretty smooth
These guys and their buddies will have pretty much complete control of this company after the PP that was announced yesterday is complete. The question is, will these people force minor shareholders out and take it completely private? Remember what Ron said about should have been private. On the other hand it is good to see them and their buddies spending their own money because to me(IMO) it says there is something to this tech and those people that came back on board did so for a reason.
Another question I have is that it was going to take 68 million before ABND has decided to become some type of build and lease company, how much more will be needed to do this current plan of build and lease since ABND will own those batteries? Remember the money flow will be over time and money will still be needed to do daily operations.
