ZAR: The CEO owns almost 2.5 million shares

Craig Hansen, the CEO, owns 2,479,030 shares. This is 8% of the company. See the latest MIF of April 2017. So his interests are fully aligned with shareholders'.

I wonder how many shares he would have to sell under $0.50 before you would find it to be of some concern? He has sold 180,000 in October so far. Aside from the equity, Hansen and relatives also hold $900k face value of the debentures. Obviously he has substantially more at risk here than any of us.
