Altura asset sale

$28.3MM for 2.7M of oil reserves, LMR of 7.0, $23 /BOE netback. Anybody care to compare with Zargon's own cdn conventional assets? I could be wrong but I think these assets were 60% of NAV of $85M. So they got 56% of NAV...
