I have read this over 3 times and it gets more confusing each time. I will have to have my lawyer take a look at it, but it looks like we got the shaft.Over a year we were left in complete darkness to let the share price fall to 1 cent and now have a 40 to 1 consolidation and then be left with shares in some other company we know nothing about. Where is that 100 million $ valuation they had on the company before this destructuring took place.? Where are all the patents being held that were   always being strengthened at a considerable cost to shareholders.We all know the answer to that.

I have lost a very large sum of money believing in the BS they were flogging at us, for it to come down to this. I hope I have read this so called restructuring wrong, but I dont think so.

It seems strange that Faouzi became a major part of the Birdview company back in 2017 and now he keeps all of the ZMS technology and passes a little handful of some software company over to us. This site suggests that Birdview was established as a private corporation back in 2017 but as a "subsidiary" of Zecotek. Does anyone remember seeing anything in an MD&A suggesting Zecotek had invested in a private start up company? If they did, would there not be a requirement for this information to be disclosed to shareholders? Maybe it was, and I just paid no attention at the

From the press release it says Birdview will, in effect, take over the remains of Zecotek in a reverse transaction whereby Zecotek will issue 38M post consolidation shares to the "shareholders" of Birdview: "Pursuant to the letter of agreement, it is proposed that Zecotek will acquire 100% of the outstanding shares of BirdView by issuing approximately 38 million post-consolidation

He was 'fired' when they went into reorg mode back in 2018 after buying some shares not that long prior to that event. Possibly he sold his shares as he went out the door.
