it seems like this software booth is just as flop as everything. what does this ceo actually believe what he can serve up to you former shareholders without blushing?

it seems that everything this ceo does is useless. birdview probably only serves as a waste bin for former shareholders. after the transaction the shareprice of this new company will go  to zero.

no matter what you do, you get nothing.

if you don't get anything he shouldn't get either. if it is possible, you should reject the deal.

I  just cant believe that any CEO of a publically traded company could strip all the value from the share holders ( after keeping them in the dark, working behind closed doors, for over a year ) and leaving them and their investment shattered. With no correspondence with share holders for over a year,driving the share price down to 1 cent. Now announcing a 40/1 reverse split as part of this

Areed, I lost my a$$ on the venture before and now again.  I thought the downside was limited at a $3,000,000 mcap but then who knew it was going to zero after all those false NR about shareholder value!  Sticking with US stocks, because this makes the Chinese Third market look regulated!  Canada should be ashamed of itself, but Trudope is too busy painting his face, dressing up

Interesting choices. NAK Northern Dynasty (NDM) is one I look at every once in a while and with current politics it seems to have a little more room for survival.
