I was in this stock about 5 years ago. It used to be around 80 cents. I lost some money and left. Bad management, I guess. I thought they had a pretty good product.

Oops, forgot to mention, there is also a resolution to delist from the Venture and relist on the CSE.

Not being a sophisticated investor or a Philadelphia lawyer I cannot meaningfully interpret what this means to the ordinary shareholder. I have reached out to the IR guy Tim to see if he can answer a couple of questions. I also assume there are knowledgeable people on this board that can explain it. I roughly interpret that we lose all attachment to the assets in the Imaging and Display business

I did get a note back from Tim and he suggests he is not completely up-to-date on the changes. He does agree with me in that all the assets that we invested in will be sold off to Wang Holdings and we will be left as shareholders of a shell company with no assets. He says "unfortunately" the Birdview agreement was cancelled. I am not sure why he says "unfortunately" - I was
