New Moon Minerals Files Preliminary Prospectus and Plans IPO

New Moon Minerals Corp. is pleased to report that company’s preliminary prospectus has now been filed with the Securities Commissions and that the company is planning an initial public offering (IPO).
The issue price is expected to be at
.15 per Unit with a full warrant at
.18 expiring in 24 months. The company also plans to sell flow-through shares at
.15. The lead agent will be Haywood Securities Inc. in Vancouver and the proposed size of the (IPO) will comprise of a minimum of $1,400,000 and a maximum of $2,100,000.
New Moon Minerals Corp. is a private Canadian mineral exploration and development company focused on precious metal mining projects with economic potential with the aim and goal of bringing such projects to commercial production. New Moon’s properties include: (1) a project with three high-grade past producing gold mines located approximately 5 km’s from the Hudson Bay Minerals Inc.’s 777 mine near the city of Flin Flon; (2) a world-class past producing base metal mine located in the La Ronge area of Saskatchewan, (3) a gold property located in the Rainy River area of Ontario, (4) a gold/silver property located in the Cherryville area of British Columbia in close proximity to five past producers and, (5) its qualifying Ithingo Lake property previously explored in the 1980’s by Claude Resources/Newmont Mining.
