Nemaska Reports 92.1 m at 1.39% Li2O and 133 ppm Be From ItsDrilling Underway on Its Lithium/Beryllium Project (Whabouchi)

QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - April 14, 2010) - NemaskaExploration Inc. («Nemaska» or the« Corporation») (TSX VENTURE:NMX) ispleased to announce additional results from its current drill program onits Lithium/Beryllium Whabouchi project,(100 % owned). These resultsconfirm the impressive width of the mineralized zone. Highlightsinclude: 92.1 m at 1.39% Li2O and 133 ppmBe, 77.8 m at 1.49% Li2O and 170 ppm Be and 70.3 mat 1.39 % Li2Oand 171 ppm Be.

"The width, grade and continuity of our mineralizationdifferentiates our project from every other hard rock lithium project inNorth America and puts us on the global map,", commented Mr. GuyBourassa, President and CEO. "The lay of land, year round access to theproperty by road and nearby skilled labour and services have enabled usto accelerate the project development".

The drill results to date confirm that the main zone runsfrom section 1+50 to the section 12+00 with an average grade rangingbetween 1.50% and 2 % Li2O. The main zone has a width of 10to 20 m from section 1+50 to 3+00 and becomes wider and reaches 80 m onsection 4+75 and back to 10 m to 20 m at section 12+00. Four (4)other spodumene bearing pegmatite zones with variable widths reachingup to 27 m, have been identified, within 10 to 50 meters south of themain zone. All zones remain open at depth and to the East. Anupdated map and photo showing the location of the drill sections can beaccessed at http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/Plan_surface_photo_montagne.pdf

The intersections equal or greater than 5 m from the mostrecent 7 holes are reported in the table below:

The Company has reported the intersections lengths as well asthe best estimates of the true widths given the current understandingof the geology. The drill holes were done at an average azimuth of330 degrees and a dip of 50 degrees. The pegmatite bands have generallyan azimuth of 060 degrees and a South-East dip of 70 degrees to 80degrees.

The samples have been shipped for preparation (crushing andpulverization) to the Table Jamésienne de Concertation Minière (TJCM)lab in Chibougamau. The prepared samples are then sent by courier to theToronto laboratory of SGS Mineral Services, Ontario, for lithium, beryllium and rubidium analysis by sodium peroxide fusion method. Thislaboratory is recognized by industry and accredited ISO/MEC 17025: 2005by the Canadian Council of standards. Nemaska Exploration implements arigorous quality control protocol to its operations, including theinsertion of analytical control samples, duplicates and blanks andfollow-up on the results of these assays.
