The company is called New Moon Minerals and i just invested in their pre-ipo private placement at
.10 with a warrant at.15. There might be some private placement shares still available but not sure on that.

This new mining company owns four past producers with three having gold reserves, a Rainy River area high-grade gold project, etc.

Their team includes industry professionals including a Senior geologist from Goldcorp, a senior geologist from the Detour Gold play and a high ranking government geologist, etc.

The IPO is set to commence in a month or so with Haywood Securities being the main agent. The price will be set at.15 with a warrant at.18.
