Still can''t figure out why USXP still trades

I feel the SEC has errored against the shareholder for allowing USXP to continue trading and not having halted the stock many months ago.

It will be an interesting week or two.

Sure does not look good but I have a few thoughts:
1. This may actually be good for USXP. How? RA will now be able to fight his fight and have a receiver run the company, and dig for details.
