Looking at the financials, one could perhaps believe that some people are getting shafted and other people continue to make a decent living despite delivering very little value for the former group.

This company has become like most of the others on the exchange.... Making a living for the insiders by milking the shareholders until they can find no more new money. In the mean time, they start new companies to make sure the money flows in from several sources. In the end, one would find it difficult to name any one company  with these people involved that has delivered anything substantial to shareholders in the way of sustained value.  Management here displays the same arrogance that so many speak of by repricing options after such dismal failure to deliver to shareholders. The pattern here is obvious. How many companies is this guy now involved in, and how many have done anything of note? On the other hand, how much money has he been able to amass in the process with fees, founders shares and cheap options and the likes? Unfortunately, tit is now rather clear that this group of operators is no different than most on this exchange. It is perhaps time that shareholders get together and see whether the board can be set up to better represent them.

I jsut would like to know one thing: when are we going to start a Lawsuit?

I, myself and other investors have lost 90%++ of our original investment, including those shareholders who have done a private placement for $1.60 pps.

An this management is doing fine!!! JP has filed Form 4 over one year later that he's sold 1,000,000 shares and I'm pretty sure, he dumped more than that.
