Why no JV for WL ? I believe Kevin Graham nails this on the head in one of his recent article's where he highlights that no international miner in his right mind would want to invest into a country which requires you to have divested 51% to local companies within 10 years of production. Recent articles in the international and local press have indicated that Indonesia will change this divestiture ruling from 10 years to 25-30 years.
