Pro-Trans (V.PVI, StockForum) opened books on third quarter with revenue for the quarter dipping slightly to $15.4 million from $15.5 million reported in the previous 2013 quarter. EBITDA was up to $1.6 million from $1.2 million in Q2 2013. Comprehensive income for the quarter came up to $0.3 million from $0.2 million filed in the previous quarter.

Redishred Capital (V.KUT, StockForum) revealed third quarter results with total system sales climbing 12% to $4.3 million from the matching 2012 quarter. There was a record $1.46 million in revenue earned during the quarter while the company posted a quarterly net loss of $214,000 compared to a net loss of $591,000 listed in the same period in 2012.

Galantas Gold (V.GAL, StockForum) reports interim third quarter results with revenue dropping to $473,668 from $855,813 recorded in the matching period in 2012. Cost of sales also fell from $792,386 listed in the same 2012 quarter to $437,995. There was a loss from operating activities filed for the quarter of $318,599 compared to a loss of $289,853 recorded in the matching 2012 quarter.

Dynex Power (V.DNX, StockForum) put out third quarter results with revenues climbing somewhat to $9.5 million from $9.3 million reported in the matching 2012 period. Sales were weak for the quarter. Gross profit fell to $114,000 from $1.462 million filed in the same 2012 quarter. There was a net loss for the quarter of $840,000 or $0.01 per diluted share compared to a net profit of $109,000 listed during the same period in 2012.

MATRRIX Energy Technologies (V.MXX, StockForum) released third quarter results with revenue jumping to $8.08 million from $3.19 million filed in the matching 2012 quarter. EBITDA dropped to $579,787 or $0.02 per basic/diluted share for the quarter. There was a net loss reported for the quarter of $29,491 down from $279,930 listed in the same 2012 quarter.

IWG Technologies (V.IWG, StockForum) filed quarter and year-end results with quarterly revenues of $1.72 million compared to $1.66 million filed in 2012 – a 4% rise. Year-end revenues hit a record $6.06 million, 6% up from $6.01 million reported in 2012. Gross profit was also up 20% for the quarter at $1.03 million compared to $867,000 listed in the matching 2012 quarter. There was a 31% increase in quarterly net income to $415,000 or $1.10 per share from $318,000 or $0.80 per share in the same 2012 period, while year-end earnings climbed 84% to a record $970,000 from $526,000 filed in 2012.

VIQ Solutions (V.VQS, StockForum) revealed Q3 2013 results with revenue coming to $2.9 million while nine-month totals came to $10.2 million compared to $4.0 million and $11.6 million respectively reported in the matching 2012 periods. Gross margins for the quarter were 38%. There was a quarterly net loss recorded of $259,813 compared to a profit of $24,282 filed in the matching 2012 quarter.

Advantex Marketing International (C.ADX, StockForum) opened books on quarter with revenues climbing slightly to $4.55 million from $4.40 million reported in the matching 2012 quarter. EBITDA fell to $824,000 from $1.04 million listed in the same 2012 quarter. There was a quarterly net income of $56,000, down from $274,000 filed in the matching 2012 period.

Nesscap Energy (V.NCE, StockForum) announced third quarter results with revenue for the quarter climbing 147% to $5.1 million, versus $2.0 million reported in the matching 2012 quarter. Nine-month revenues also rose 58% to $12.3 million from $7.8 million listed in the same 2012 quarter. There was a net loss for the quarter of $2.0 million or $0.009 per share compared to a net loss of $1.9 million filed in the same 2012 period.
