Stockhouse Canadian Small and Micro-cap Stock Report for Tuesday, November 12, 2013 VANCOUVER (SHfn) –

TomaGold Corp. (TSX: V.LOT, Stock Forum) was up 7.1% to 15 cents. The stock is reacting to news that the mining exploration company and IAMGOLD Corp. (TSX: T.IMG, Stock Forum) signed an agreement on the Monster Lake, Winchester and Lac a l'eau jaune gold projects, located in northwestern Quebec, 44 kilometres southwest of Chibougamau. The option agreement states IAMGOLD may earn a 50% interest in each of the properties for a total of $17.575 million, including $16 million in exploration work and $1.575 million in payments over five years.

Gabriel Resources Ltd. (TSX: T.GBU, Stock Forum) rose 7.3% to 88 cents after the resource company announced that the report of the Joint Special Committee of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate on the draft legislation related to its majority owned Rosia Montana gold and silver project and the development of mining activities in Romania (Draft Law) has been published. The conclusions of the report do not propose a rejection of the project by the Romanian Parliament. The Special Committee recommends the rejection of the legislation initiated by the Government specific to Rosia Montana, and this recommendation is expected to be debated in the Senate of the Parliament, before the report and the Draft Law are sent to the Chamber of Deputies, as the decision-making body charged with voting on its adoption.

Enterprise Group, Inc. (TSX: T.E, Stock Forum) climbed 2.5% to 83 cents as investors assessed the news of the construction services company’s financial results for the three-month period ended Sept. 30, 2013. The company reported EBITDAS of $3.9 million, an increase of $3.3 million when compared to prior year.

Etrion Corp. (TSX: T.ETX, Stock Forum) slipped 1.2% to 8 cents after the solar power producer announced that the company will be added to the OMX Stockholm Benchmark index (OMX:OMXSB) effective Dec. 2, 2013. The OMXSB index includes the 68 largest and most traded stocks across ten sectors. The weighting of the stocks is based on market value adjusted by free float. The index serves as an indicator of the overall trend on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm and is intended to offer a cost effective index that an investor can replicate.

ATAC Resources Ltd. (TSX: V.ATC, Stock Forum) lost 4.1% to 71 cents after the junior miner reported a new 12 square kilometre area of gold and silver mineralization surrounding the Anubis discovery was identified through the compilation of results from its 2013 regional exploration program. This prospective new area is located approximately 10 kilometres west of the Osiris cluster of gold zones (Conrad, Osiris, Isis East and Sunrise) at the eastern end of the company's Rackla gold project in the Yukon. "The Anubis area now has nine Carlin-type gold targets and numerous unexplored geochemical anomalies along a newly discovered structural corridor,” said Graham Downs, CEO. “We believe that continuing exploration in the virtually untested Anubis area has the potential to significantly increase the number of gold zones and to broaden the basis for further development of our Carlin-type belt of discoveries while we advance the gold zones of the Osiris cluster."
