RB Energy (
TSX:RBI,
Stock Forum) celebrated today as the company announced it had made its first commercial shipment of lithium carbonate from its wholly-owned Quebec Lithium project located, oddly enough, in Quebec, Canada.
According to the
news release, the first container of technical grade lithium carbonate headed out to the company’s offtake partner, Tewoo ERDC, on the weekend.
Shares were up 29.03% to $0.40 per share.
Richmont Mines (
TSX:RIC,
Stock Forum) announced financial and operational results from its Q2 2014 today with record revenues and operating cash flows for the quarter.
According to the
news release, the company brought in $39.0 million in revenues during the quarter, creating operating cash flows of $13.4 million or $0.29 per share, a considerable improvement of $0.36 per share over cash flows for the matching 2013 quarter.
Shares were up 16.15% to $1.87 per share.
Stans Energy (
TSX:V.HRE,
Stock Forum) and the Kyrgyz government are still going toe-to-toe over the company's rights for the 20-year mining licenses regarding its wholly-owned Kutessay II project, despite a favorable ruling from the International Arbitration Court at the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry which awarded the company $188.0 million.
According to the
news release, the Bishkek City Court, on July 30, 204, ruled in favor of the Kyrgyz General Prosecutor's Office (“GPO”) regarding GPO's claim related to Kutessay II project, effectively voiding the minutes from a 2009 meeting which resulted in the 20-year mining licenses for the Kutessay II and Kalesai deposits being awarded to Stans.
Shares were down 19.05% to $0.17 per share.
TSO3 (

Stock Forum), a Quebec City-based provider of healthcare technologies including innovations in low-temperature sterilization, announced financial results today from its Q2 2014.
According to the
news release, sales for the quarter were up 254% to $132,179 from $37,255 reported in the matching 2013 quarter and six-month figures bumped 88.7% to $213,936 from $113,314 filed during the same 2013 six-month period.
Shares were up 38.89% to $1.00 per share.
