Platinum Group Metals Ltd. (
TSX: T.PTM,
Stock Forum) shares rose 8% to 70 cents Friday after the company tabled a new high grade intersection that confirms the extension of the F Zone, 1.9 kilometres north of the Waterberg deposit, located on the Bushveld Complex, South Africa.
The company said in a press release the step-out intercept is very significant because it establishes the open potential along strike on the Waterberg Extension property where Platinum Group Metals holds an effective 87% interest.
