Victoria Gold Corp. (TSX: V.VIT, Stock Forum) fell 23% to 13.5 cents Monday after the company amended and updated its corporate presentation and fact sheet following a discontinuous disclosure review by the Ontario Securities Commission.

The company said in a press release it has enhanced certain disclosure within the corporate presentation and fact sheet to ensure adherence to NI 43-101 rules and guidelines.
