Edgewater Wireless Systems Inc. (
TSX: V.YFI,
Stock Forum) eased 12.5% to 17.5 cents Monday in active trading. Just before the close of trading on Friday, the company said it has filed its audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended April 30, 2015.
The company said it posted a net loss of $1.9 million or ($0.01 per share) in the year ended April 30, 2015, compared to a loss of $2.6 million or ($0.025) in the same period last year. Annual revenue dropped to $90.2 million from $176.9 million.
The year on year revenue decline can be attributed to the shortage of capital for much of the year, Edgewater said in financial statements filed on SEDAR.
