Nexoptic Technology (TSX: V.NXO, Forum) had a good day in the markets today in the wake of its recent name change and change of business from Elissa Resources announced three days ago.
According to that
news release, the company would commence trading on February 22, 2016 and would work collaboratively with Spectrum to develop its proof of concept prototype for imaging. This industry-first digital telescope will be using Spectrum’s patent-pending Blade Optics™ technology.
Shares were up 37.04% to $0.185 per share.
VidWRX (TSX: V.VID, Forum) slipped on the boards today on no material news. The last news published by the company was the announcing of the
appointment of Steve Hancock as President and COO back in the middle of January.
Some investors voiced concerns regarding the inequity between the company’s burn rate and its revenue, speculating that the management team was out of touch and not responding with cost-cutting measures in a timely fashion.
Shares were down 28.57% to $0.025 per share.
