I think the fact that the price of U3O8 breaking out further to a new 8-month high ignited the entire sector. EFR got beaten down hard due to their low cash in the treasury but this also made them more leveraged to a recovery in the commodity too. There are still decent uranium juniors that are still trading at just 3x their net cash even after the past 3-month up-rise.
