On which exchanges do your shares trade at the moment?

TSX-V (CZH)

Can you describe your company and what it does?

Crazy Horse Resources is a Vancouver based mineral exploration company, that is focused on developing the Taysan Copper-Gold Porphyry Project, in Batangas Province, Philippines. The Taysan Project is an advanced copper-gold porphyry deposit.

What distinguishes your company from others in your space?

Crazy Horse is distinguished from others in its space by a number of factors.

  • One factor is the robust economics of the property. Another key driver is the low waste:ore ratio of 0.56:1 versus industry average of 2.5:1.
  • The project is proximal (~20km) from the largest port in the Philippines with major infrastructure or power and roads.
  • Another large differential is Crazy Horses proximity to the largest copper consumers in the world. By operating in the Philippines they are in the back door of China, Japan, and Korea.
  • Taysan copper concentrate is extremely clean with no deleterious penalty elements. This commodity will be highly desired by importers that need to blend it with dirty concentrates.
  • Management is another key differential. President and CEO Johan Raadsma brings over 20 years of experience operating in the Philippines. He recently held a senior position with CGA mining and was responsible for bringing their Masbate gold mine from feasibility into production; the largest gold mine in the Philippines.

Please explain why you have chosen to work in the Philippines.

We choose to work in the Philippines for a number of factors. The country is mineral endowed and has exciting exploration and development opportunities. It ranks in the top three for copper and gold in the world. We also felt the Philippines was overlooked by many investors in the late 1990’s and gave us the chance to acquire exceptional properties for a discount compared to other areas of the world. The Philippines is also a very mining friendly jurisdiction and manageable for responsible mineral developers with in-country experience as shown by the Masbate Gold experience. It has good infrastructure and a working legal system

What are your flagship projects?

Crazy Horse’s flagship project is the Taysan Copper-Gold Porphyry Project.

What are the pros and cons of working in Philippines?

Pros:

- The access to undervalued properties

- Well thought out mining law on par with countries like Canada, US and Australia

- Skilled, cost effective labor

- Established infrastructure

Cons:

- Shortage of experienced mining engineers and production geologist

- Country has in places a stigma branded by NGO’s

- High cost of commercial power.

What is the outlook for the commodities that you are focused on?

The outlooks for commodities we focus on are very encouraging. The general industry consensus is that copper supply is in deficit due to increase in demand from China last year on year (10%), rest of the world demand also by approximately 10% year on year against mine supply increase of 1%. We see copper prices in 2011 and 2012 at the $10,000/MT mark or higher. Typically we see the periodic low copper prices at higher levels.

What are the main challenges that you face in operating your business?

Since Crazy Horse is a small cap exploration company with extensive Philippines experience. The key challenge will be to market and unlock the true project value upon completion of the bankable feasibility study.

How are you dealing with these challenges?

We deal with these challenges by ensuring we have the right people, plans, and teams in place. We have appointed AMEC-Minproc as study managers. In 2011 we will also appoint corporate advisers to advise on the strategic options for project development. In parrallel we have appointed Kin Communications to keep our shareholders abreast of any project news as we move forward.

What is the target market?

Crazy Horses target markets are large copper and gold consumer countries like China, Korea, Japan, India and other BRICK nations. For the magnetite we are looking at the Philippines itself, which is a net importer of steel.

Who are your competitors?

Consider the growing gap between copper concentrate supply and demand and the high quality concentrate at low C1 costs we have no major competitors in Asia. Key competition comes from our future demand of skilled technical staff in a growing Philippines minerals industry.

Who owns Crazy Horse (major shareholders)?

Management 21%

Majority institutional investors from Canada, US, UK, Switzerland and Australia hold 10-15% of the remaining shares

How many employees do you have?
