Stockhouse Canadian Small and Micro-cap Stock Report for Tuesday, June 21, 2011

TORONTO (SHfn) – Ringbolt Ventures (TSX: V.RBV, Stock Forum) shares jumped 15% to 30 cents on Tuesday after the micro cap miner said it has begun drilling on its Lisbon Valley Potash Project in Utah. The drill plan is to use reverse circulation drilling to the top of salt bed 5 at an approximate depth of 2,800 feet where there is a reported historical assay of 18.5% K2O and then core drill the potash bed.

As well, shares of Intermap (TSX: T.IMP, Stock Forum) moved up as much as 14% to 37 cents a day after the provider of 3D terrain information and geospatial solutions announced the receipt of an order totaling US$600,000 from an existing customer to provide Digital Terrain Models along French rivers.

Pacific Ridge Exploration (TSX: V.PEX, Stock Forum), meanwhile, reported that diamond drilling is now underway on the Pacific Ridge Mariposa Gold Property located in the Yukon's White Gold District. Pacific Ridge stock popped 24% to 36 cents.

And, Avion Gold (TSX: T.AVR, Stock Forum) Tuesday announced results from 25 core and reverse circulation holes totaling approximately 5,220 metres, drilled primarily to test the Tabakoto Deposit's NW- and NE-trending structures, under and proximal to, the Tabakoto Pit in Mali, West Africa, which included 20.88 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over 5.7 metres. Avion Gold shares added 7% at $1.76.
