“I'm following you better now. Essentially you think CLQ is trading at 2x next year's cash flow and you make a pitch that's feasible. I still think it's aggressive and could be a reasonable 2014 number. I never found whether management included D&A in the $3,000 cost figure but you could argue that the D&A offset the cash taxes and interest in your calculation. The latest company release mentions production starting end of Q1/13 so that's 5,000 tons lost for the year at least. And there should be a ramp-up. But I think we have our fingers crossed here that we are talking minimums.
