Laurentian Bank of Canada (TSX: T.LB, Stock Forum) says it will be part of a $130-million financial consortium that will refinance a wind farm in Ontario.

The Gosfield wind farm project in Kingsville, Ont., is part of the renewable energy asset portfolio of Brookfield Renewable Energy Partners LP, (TSX: T.BEP.UN, Stock Forum), Laurentian said in a press release.

On Wednesday, Laurentian shares eased 0.83% to $44.12, leaving the company with a market cap of $1.25 billion, based on 28.2 billion shares outstanding. The 52-week range is $47.80 and $40.67.
